东德DKZ2500立车是我厂生产的关键设备,长期以来担负吊车外圈和上、下压盖的加工。自88年3月份以来在精车外齿圈90°滚道时,出现明显的走刀波纹,且日益严重。滚道的加工要求见图1所示。由于精车后的滚道表面出现严重的走刀波纹,导致表面粗糙度、直线度达不到要求,因而不得不停机检修。通过边修边用,在修理实践中我们体会到造成严重走刀波纹的原因有以下三个方面,现分析于下,供机修同行于工作中参考。一、两对圆锥齿轮丧失传动精度加工90°滚道是由刀具的垂直进给和刀具的横向进给两个运动合成的,光杠的转动实现刀具的垂直进
