Rice cultivars have obvious genotypic differences in their tolerance to hypoxia stress. Therefore, the contradiction between the short supply of potassium and the shortage of potash can be alleviated by screening low-potassium tolerant rice varieties. However, how to quickly and accurately filter out low potassium tolerant varieties? There is no mature technical experience. After several years of exploration, we believe that the use of dark breathing method to screen low potassium tolerant species, more effective.
