近两年来,全路各部门和全国一样,在开展全面质量管理中都程度不同地取得了一定效果,特别是大家在学习和试行中都一致肯定了这一科学管理办法,并且决心在今后工作中,坚持贯彻执行。但是铁路工作中运输部门怎么开展这项工作,迄今经验不多,甚至有人认为运输工作是个组织工作、是管理工作,不象工厂那样好开展,因之,积极性虽有,但苦于无从下手。现在转发上海局南翔编组站和嘉兴车务段这两个典型经验供运输部门参考,以期对我们的全面质量管理工作能有启发和推动。
In the past two years, all departments across the country, like the whole country, have achieved some results with varying degrees of carrying out total quality management. In particular, everyone in the study and pilot program unanimously affirmed this scientific management approach and are determined to work in the future In the implementation of the principle. However, how the transport department in the railway work carried out this work so far has not had much experience. Some even think that transport work is an organizational work, a management work which is not carried out as well as a factory. Therefore, the enthusiasm can not be achieved. Now forward two typical experiences of Nanxiang Marshalling Station and Jiaxing Depot of Shanghai Bureau for reference of the transport department in order to inspire and promote our total quality management.
