最近,成都轻化纺工委在全系统开展了企业工资集体协议履约情况入户调查,通过调查发现,企业实行工资集体协商,使职工对企业的经营状况有一个比较清醒的认识,极大地提高了劳动者在企业决策中的地位和参与程度,有效地激励职工积极进取,有力地保障了劳资双方的合法权益。但受世界金融危机的持续影响,多数企业生产经营举步维艰;一些企业对开展工资集体协商工作认识不到位、企业间发展的不平衡、协商机制的不健全等问题,亟需引起高度重视,采取有效措施,切实加以解决。
