针对新桥煤矿综掘工作面粉尘浓度高、治理困难现状,开展了高压喷雾、泡沫除尘与可调式控风抽尘净化装置应用对比研究。详细介绍了3种降尘技术的降尘机理、系统组成及设备现场布置方式。通过现场应用发现:可调式控风抽尘净化技术一次性投入较低、降尘效果更佳,在工作面净断面积允许条件下,应作为工作面首选的防尘技术。
In view of the high dust concentration and difficult treatment status of the fully mechanized digging face in Xinqiao coal mine, the contrastive research on the application of high pressure spray, foam dust removal and adjustable control wind dust purification device was carried out. Described in detail the dustfall mechanism of the three kinds of dust control technology, system components and equipment on-site layout. Through on-site application, it is found that the adjustable control air-dusting purification technology has a lower throw-in time and a better dust-reducing effect. It should be the dust-proof technology preferred in the working face under the conditions of the net breakage area of the working face.
