通过系列冲击试验,研究了晶粒细化对高锰钢低温韧性的影响。结果表明;细化晶粒处理可使高锰钢韧性提高,韧脆转化温度降低;同时,可使由于加工硬化引起的韧性下降趋势减弱。
Through series of impact tests, the effect of grain refinement on low temperature toughness of high manganese steel was studied. The results show that the grain refinement can improve the toughness of high manganese steel, reduce the temperature of ductile-brittle transition, and at the same time, the decrease of toughness due to work-hardening can be weakened.
