新型氮基气氛热处理近来取得了进展,这种气氛适用于退火、淬火、渗碳及碳氮共渗各种工艺。氮-氢型或氮-碳氢化合物型双元系是热处理用最简单、最可靠的保护气氛。为了可靠地供给化学热处理工艺气源,我们选择了氮气和甲醇为主要原料的气氛,无论使用何种热处理炉,都可保证均匀的渗碳层,避兔产生碳黑并有效地控制气氛。控制氮气的设备也有所改进,气体消耗量减少。
Recent advances have been made in the heat treatment of nitrogen-based atmospheres that are suitable for annealing, quenching, carburizing and carbonitriding processes. Nitrogen-hydrogen type or nitrogen-hydrocarbon type binary system is the simplest and most reliable protection atmosphere for heat treatment. In order to reliably supply the gas source for the chemical heat treatment process, we have selected the atmosphere of which nitrogen and methanol are the main raw materials. No matter which heat treatment furnace is used, a uniform carburized layer can be ensured avoiding the generation of carbon black and effectively controlling the atmosphere. Nitrogen control equipment has also been improved, reducing gas consumption.
