报道了掺Tm3+离子Sr3La2(BO3)4晶体的生长与光谱性能。根据吸收谱,应用Judd-Ofelt(J-O)理论计算了光谱参数,得到唯象参数Ω2=4.46×10-20cm2,Ω4=3.18×10-20cm2,Ω6=1.88×10-20cm2。采用倒易法,根据吸收截面计算了Sr3La2(BO3)4晶体3F4→3H6跃迁1.82μm处的发射截面为0.694×10-20cm2,并讨论了该晶体在近红外波段的增益截面与粒子数反转率间的关系。研究结果表明,Sr3La2(BO3)4晶体有较大的发射截面和较宽的调谐范围,是一种潜在的近红外波段激光材料。
The growth and spectral properties of Tm3 + doped Sr3La2 (BO3) 4 crystals were reported. According to the absorption spectra, the spectral parameters were calculated using Judd-Ofelt (J-O) theory. The phenomenological parameters Ω2 = 4.46 × 10-20cm2, Ω4 = 3.18 × 10-20cm2 and Ω6 = 1.88 × 10-20cm2 were obtained. By using the reciprocal method, the emission cross section of the 3F4 → 3H6 transition of Sr3La2 (BO3) 4 crystal at the wavelength of 1.82μm was 0.694 × 10-20cm2 according to the absorption cross section. The gain cross section and the number of particles in the near infrared band were also discussed The relationship between rates. The results show that Sr3La2 (BO3) 4 crystal has a larger emission cross section and wider tuning range and is a potential near-infrared laser.
