中国农工民主党党员、中国中医研究院资深研究员、中国中医研究院广安门医院中医内科专家董德懋先生因病医治无效,于2002年7月24日在北京逝世,享年90岁。董德懋先生早年毕业于华北国医学院,拜名医施今墨为师,毕生致力于中医临床、教学、科研工作。曾任中国农工民主党北京市顾问委员会委员、中国中医药学会常务理事、中国针灸学会副会长、《中医杂志》主编、名誉主编、中国中医研究院专家委员会委员、中华医学会理事、《中华医学杂志》常务编委。他在多年的行医生涯中积累了丰富的临床经验,在继承施今墨先生的学术思想中敢于创新,逐渐形成了独特的以脾胃学说为中心的学术思想体系。他擅长针灸,造诣颇深,坚持针药并施,在京津一带有“金针董德懋”之美誉。董德懋先生自20世纪40年代起即从事中医期刊的编辑工作,曾创办《中国医药月刊》、《中医学杂志》。他先后主编《北京中医》、《中医杂志》,为中医事业的复兴昌盛作了大量的工作。
Mr. Dong Demao, member of Chinese Peasants and Workers Democratic Party, senior researcher of China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chinese medicine internal medicine specialist of Guang’anmen Hospital of China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine died in Beijing on July 24, 2002, at the age of 90. Mr. Dong Demao graduated from Huabei Medical College early in his career. He was a doctor for today’s medical science and was dedicated to clinical research, teaching and research in traditional Chinese medicine. Former China Agriculture, Peasants and Democrats Beijing Municipal Advisory Committee, executive director of the Chinese Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion Society vice president, “Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine” editor in chief, honorary editor, Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Expert Committee, Chinese Medical Association, “Chinese Medical Magazine ”editorial board. He has accumulated rich clinical experience in many years of medical practice, dared to innovate in the succession of Mr. Shi Jinmo’s academic thoughts, and gradually formed a unique academic ideology centered on Spleen and Stomach Theory. He is good at acupuncture, attainments quite deep, adhere to acupuncture and Shi, Beijing and Tianjin in the vicinity of a “golden needle Dong Demao” reputation. Since the 1940s, Mr. Dong Dema has been engaged in the editorial work of traditional Chinese medicine journals. He has founded “China Medical Monthly” and “Chinese Medicine Journal”. He has edited “Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine” and “Traditional Chinese Medicine Magazine” successively, and has done a great deal of work for the revitalization of Chinese medicine.
