患者男,62岁。主诉上腹部包块一月余入院,既往有胆囊结石行胆囊切除术史。查体:心肺未见异常。右上腹可触及包块,右锁骨中线下13cm,肝上界在右锁骨中线第四肋间,肝区叩痛阳性,脾未触及。B超示肝前叶及右后叶有3枚占位,最大为5×9cm,最小为2.2×3cm,边界清楚,内回声不均匀,呈蜂
Male patient, 62 years old. The main complaint of upper abdominal mass was admitted to the hospital more than a month ago, and gallbladder stones had a history of cholecystectomy. Physical examination: no abnormalities in heart and lung. The right upper abdomen palpable mass, 13 cm below the midline of the right clavicle, the upper liver in the fourth intercostal space in the right midclavicular line, liver pain, spleen is not touched. B ultrasound showed three anterior and right posterior lobes, with a maximum of 5×9 cm and a minimum of 2.2×3 cm. The boundary was clear and the internal echo was uneven.
