鞍钢炼铁厂现有高炉10座,其中料车式高炉4座;料罐式高炉6座。料车式高炉装料制度为分装,料罐式高炉装料制度为同装。在1989年由于能源不足,无肥煤炼焦和无焦煤炼焦,致使焦炭质量差,M_(40)日平均最低达57.1%,M_(10)最高达12.7%,焦炭热强度月平均最低28.6%,焦炭灰份大幅度上升;与此同时烧结矿<5mm的粉末平均高达17.9%。因此,1989年先后有3,2,5,6,7,9号高炉炉况失常,其余高炉顺行亦欠佳,全年产量损失达20万吨。在原、燃料条件于短时间内无法改善的情况下,为了扭转这种被动局面,试用了分装小批重的装料制度,取得了较明显的效果。
