[目的]探讨烟嘧磺隆与尿素对紫苏安全高产的影响。[方法]采用随机区组试验设计,在大田条件下研究喷施不同剂量的尿素(0、1、2、4、8 g/L)和烟嘧磺隆(0、9、18、36、72 g a.i./hm2)对紫苏的影响。[结果]烟嘧磺隆显著降低光合特性、抗逆性、产量;1~4 g/L质量浓度的尿素处理促进了紫苏生理等特性,8 g/L效果相反;1~4 g/L的尿素和不同剂量的烟嘧磺隆处理,比单用烟嘧磺隆效果好。[结论]Y2N3处理效果最好,且安全高产。4 g/L的尿素能显著提高紫苏在烟嘧磺隆胁迫下的耐性,这与其提高抗氧化酶活性有关。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the influence of nicosulfuron and urea on the safe and high yield of perilla. [Method] A randomized block experiment design was conducted to study the effects of different doses of urea (0, 1, 2, 4, 8 g / L) and nicosulfuron (0, 9, 18, 36, 72 g ai / hm2) on perilla. [Result] Nicosulfuron significantly reduced the photosynthetic characteristics, stress resistance and yield. The urea treatment of 1 ~ 4 g / L concentration promoted the physiological characteristics of Perilla frutescens. The effect of 8 g / L was reversed. Of urea and different doses of nicosulfuron treatment than nicosulfuron alone effect. [Conclusion] Y2N3 was the best and safe and high yield. 4 g / L urea can significantly improve perilla seed in Nicosulfuron stress tolerance, which is related to its antioxidant activity.
