目的了解大学一年级学生的心理健康状况,为开展大学生心理健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对我校5799名大学新生心理健康状况进行调查。结果我校新生心理问题发生率为10%,主要表现为强迫、偏执、恐怖和精神病性等。强迫、焦虑、敌意、恐怖和精神病性因子均分显著高于国内青年组常模;除精神病性因子外,其他因子均低于大学生样本;大学新生各因子分性别、学院、文理科和民族之间存在显著差异;除人际关系敏感因子外,来源于乡镇大学生和城市学生在其他因子上没有差异。结论新生的心理健康状况总体良好,但也存在一些具体的问题,应重视大学新生的心理健康教育,改善他们的心理卫生状况,使他们尽快适应大学生活。
Objective To understand the mental health status of freshmen in college and provide a scientific basis for carrying out mental health education among college students. Methods The mental health of 5799 college freshmen in our university was investigated by using self-rating symptom scale (SCL-90). Results The incidence of psychological problems of freshmen in our school was 10%, mainly manifested as compulsion, paranoia, terror and psychosis. The scores of coercion, anxiety, hostility, horror and psychotic factors were significantly higher than those of the youth group in China. Except for psychotic factors, other factors were lower than those of college students. The freshmen were divided into sex, college, liberal arts and ethnics There were significant differences among them; except for the interpersonal sensitive factors, there were no differences in other factors between township college students and city students. Conclusion The freshmen ’s mental health status is generally good, but there are also some specific problems that should be paid to the mental health education of freshmen, to improve their mental health status and make them adapt to university life as soon as possible.
