针对海水养殖废水产生量大、营养盐含量较低、盐度较高的特点,以砾石和沸石为填料,采用A/O生物接触氧化工艺对模拟海水养殖废水进行处理,重点研究了水力停留时间(HRT)和回流体积比(R)对处理效果的影响。结果表明,在HRT为12~48 h、R为50%~200%时,A/O生物接触氧化工艺的脱氮效果均呈现先上升后下降的趋势。HRT=24 h、R=100%是反应器运行的优化条件,在此条件下氨氮和无机氮的平均去除率分别达到92.9%和71.9%。系统对COD的去除则几乎不受HRT和R的影响,COD去除率始终保持在90%以上。A/O生物接触氧化工艺可以用于海水养殖废水的处理。
Aiming at the characteristics of large production of marine aquaculture wastewater, low nutrient content and high salinity, the simulated marine aquaculture wastewater was treated by A / O biological contact oxidation process with gravel and zeolite as filler, and the hydraulic retention time (HRT) and reflux volume ratio (R) on the treatment effect. The results showed that when HRT was 12-48 h and R was 50-200%, the denitrification efficiency of A / O bio-contact oxidation process firstly increased and then decreased. HRT = 24 h, R = 100% is the optimum condition for reactor operation. Under this condition, the average removal rates of ammonia nitrogen and inorganic nitrogen reach 92.9% and 71.9% respectively. System removal of COD is almost not affected by HRT and R, COD removal rate remained above 90%. A / O biological contact oxidation process can be used for the treatment of mariculture wastewater.
