自四月初以來,全市教師又经历了一次波浪翻騰的學習运動,這次學習运动无论按其深度或广度来说都是解放以來所未曾有的。我們對這次學習上的收獲應有恰當而足够的認識,只有這樣,我們才能珍視這些收获,才能很好地继续鞏固擴大思想戰线上的勝利。这次學習運動最主要的收穫是教師們的思想有了很大的變化。第一、我們的階級覺悟提高了,每個教師都開始以無產階級的思想,以勞动人民的立塲來檢查自己,要求自己。我們教育工作者雖然已經加入了工会組織,已經成为工人階級的一部份,但是由於我們許多教師過去多年生活在舊社会,我們的思想意識仍舊是非工人階級的。很多同志还非常習慣於用自己原有的階級觀點来要求自己,滿足於現有的政治水平或者頑強地保留着舊的觀點。這次學習則明 Since early April, the city’s teachers have undergone another wave of learning, a movement never seen before, either by its depth or its breadth.
