目的掌握镇海区医疗机构消毒质量情况,提高消毒质量工作水平,预防院内感染的发生。方法采用现场采样方法,对区内4家区级医院、6家乡镇级医院开展一年两次监测,监测内容为手术室、妇产科等重点科室的室内空气、物体表面、医护人员手、使用中的消毒液及紫外线灯管等。结果三年采样601份样品,合格率为95.84%。区级医疗机构采样296份,合格率为97.97%;乡镇级采样305份,合格率为93.77%。室内空气采样97份,合格率为79.38%;物体表面采样290份,合格率为98.62%;医护人员手、使用中的消毒液分别采样48份和111份,合格率均为100%;紫外线灯管检测55点,合格率为98.18%。结论镇海区医疗机构消毒质量整体水平较高,区级医疗机构消毒质量高于乡镇级医疗机构,但室内空气合格相对较低,需重点关注。
Objective To grasp the disinfection quality of medical institutions in Zhenhai District, improve the quality of disinfection work, and prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infections. Methods On-site sampling method was used to monitor twice a year in 4 district-level hospitals and 6 township-level hospitals in the district. The monitoring contents included room air, surface of objects, hand of medical staff, The use of disinfectant and UV lamps and so on. Results Three-year samples of 601 samples, with a pass rate of 95.84%. District-level medical institutions sampled 296 samples, with a pass rate of 97.97%; and 305 samples at the township level, with a pass rate of 93.77%. 97 samples of indoor air, the pass rate of 79.38%; 290 samples of the surface of the object, the pass rate was 98.62%; medical staff hands, the use of disinfectant were sampled 48 and 111, the pass rate was 100%; UV lamp Tube detection 55 points, the passing rate of 98.18%. Conclusion The overall quality of disinfection in medical institutions in Zhenhai is relatively high. The quality of disinfection in district-level medical institutions is higher than that of township-level medical institutions. However, indoor air quality is relatively low and should be focused on.
