地层非均质性和井筒压降是水平井沿程见水不均匀的两个重要影响因素.本文建立了底水油藏地层两相渗流与水平井井筒变质量流的耦合模型,并给出求解方法.保持井筒沿程平均渗透率和变异系数不变,构造不同的渗透率分布,并以此为基础,利用所建模型对井筒沿程产液剖面与渗透率剖面关系、井筒沿程含水率变化规律和水平井井口含水率变化规律进行分析.研究表明,由于井筒压降的作用,沿程渗透率分布对水平井含水率的变化有很大的影响,井筒沿程产液剖面与渗透率剖面相关性沿流体流动方向逐渐变差;在井口定产液量的条件下,高渗带与跟端距离越近,高渗带处产液量越来越大、水平井见水越早、井口含水率上升得越慢、开发效果越差.
