自武昌芝麻坏死花叶病株得到 1个病毒分离物 ,根据该分离物生物学特性、粒体形状、血清学性质、外壳蛋白分子量和核酸组分、大小 ,明确为自然侵染芝麻的一种新病毒 ,定名为芝麻坏死花叶病毒 ( Sesame necrotic mosaic virus,SNMV)。在人工接种 7科 38种植物中 ,SNMV侵染 6科 2 3种 ;体外稳定性状 :稀释限点 10 -4~ 10 -5,致死温度 80~ 85℃ ,体外存活期限 4 0 d;病毒可通过土壤和接触传播。SNMV病毒粒体球状 ,表面有粒状突起 ,直径约 32 nm。制备病毒抗血清用琼脂双扩散方法测定效价为 1∶ 12 8。 SNMV和红三叶草坏死花叶病毒 ( RCNMV)、甜三叶草坏死花叶病毒 ( SCNMV)、黄瓜花叶病毒 ( CMV)和花生矮化病毒 ( PSV)抗血清没有反应。病毒外壳蛋白亚基分子量为 3810 0道尔顿 ;核酸 1个组分 ,大小约 4 70 0 nt,另含 RNA片段 ,大小约 60 0 nt,可能为卫星 RNA。依据上述病毒特性 ,SNMV可能归属于番茄丛矮病毒科 ( Tombusviridae)
A virus isolate was obtained from Wuchang sesame necrosis mosaic strain. According to the biological characteristics, the shape of the granule, the serological properties, the molecular weight of the coat protein and the composition and size of the nucleic acid, the isolates were identified as naturally infected sesame seeds New virus, named Sesame necrotic mosaic virus (SNMV). SNMV infects 6 families and 23 species in 38 families of 7 families. In vitro stability traits: dilution limit 10 -4 ~ 10 -5, lethal temperature 80 ~ 85 ℃ and in vitro survival time 40 days. Spread through soil and contact. The SNMV virus is globular in size and has granular protrusions on its surface, about 32 nm in diameter. The titer of the virus antisera was 1: 12 8 as determined by the agar double diffusion method. SNMV did not respond to red clover necrotic mosaic virus (RCNMV), sweet clover necrotic mosaic virus (SCNMV), cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) and peanut dwarf virus (PSV) antisera. The viral coat protein subunit has a molecular weight of 3810 0 Daltons. One component of the nucleic acid, approximately 4 70 0 nt in size, contains another RNA fragment, approximately 60 nt in size, probably of satellite RNA. Based on the above virus characteristics, SNMV may belong to the family Tombusviridae
