薛连清,字雪翁。别署竹坪散人,青云斋主。1948年生,河北省香河县人。幼承家训,临池习墨,继习岐黄,业余之暇尤酷爱篆刻。其篆刻作品多次在《人民政协报》、《中国书画报》、《书法报》、《河北日报》、《乡音》杂志、《中国收藏》杂志等报刊上发表,并被中国美术馆、中国历史博物馆、中国军事博物馆、炎黄艺术馆收藏。在全国及各省市书法大赛中,多次获奖。作品及传略入编《中国当代篆刻家辞典》、《中国当代印坛大观》、《中华诗书画人物年鉴》等十余部大典。现为中国书法艺术研究院常务理事,中华书画人才研修中心研究员,世界禅佛书画家协会研究员兼常务理事,上海民族画院院士兼常务理事,深圳“中华成功者研究会”研究员,河北省书法家协会会员,廊坊市书协理事,沧海印社名誉理事,廊坊市二、三、四届政协委员。 Xue Lianqing, word snow Weng.
