电子工业部器件总公司商店住宅楼位于北京西郊复兴路万寿路口处,建筑面积10311.89m~2,建筑长59.58m,宽14.18m,高42.77m,采用底层大空间、上层大开间的大模板现浇混凝土结构。本工程地下两层分别为人防地下室和设备层。地下一层和二层为商店(图1、2),三层至十二层为住宅用房(图3),十三层为电梯间和水箱间。
Department of Electronics Industry Equipment Corporation Headquarters Building is located at the junction of Wanshou Road, Fuxing Road, Xijiao, Beijing, with a building area of 10311.89m~2, a building length of 59.58m, a width of 14.18m, and a height of 42.77m. Large templates for the large space on the ground floor and the upper open space are used. Cast-in-situ concrete structure. The underground two floors of the project are the basement and equipment layer for civil air defense. The first floor and the second floor are the shops (Figures 1 and 2), the third to the 12th floors are residential houses (Figure 3), and the thirteenth floor is the elevator room and the water tank room.
