通过对陆梁油田各油井井下生产管柱的腐蚀结垢现状进行调查,研究了抽油井井下管柱腐蚀结垢的影响因素和室内防腐防垢药剂配方,从防腐防垢技术体系中优选出适合陆梁油田的药剂体系,编制了现场试验方案。通过现场试验优化建立了防腐防垢技术方案,确立了以HEDP阻垢剂和KL-601改进型缓蚀剂为主剂的防腐防垢体系,并用示踪剂示踪的方法对单井防腐防垢效果进行动态跟踪评价,优化了防护周期。现场试验和工业应用结果表明:陆梁油田现场应用井下防腐防垢工艺可以满足生产需要,而且大大延长了易腐蚀结垢井的平均检泵周期。
By investigating the corrosion and fouling status of all the production wells in Luliang Oilfield, the factors that affect the corrosion and scaling of downhole tubular string in pumping wells and the formulation of indoor anti-corrosion and anti-fouling agents are studied.
