大学生心理健康教育囿于课程设置要求与教学内容所限,在实践中存在诸多偏差。笔者从分层化、差别化、指向化选定教学双方,“诊断——计划——训练——评价——发展”五大教育环节循环运用,改革大学生心理健康教育的评价方式,建立健全大学生心理健康教育的管理体系等四个方面进行了探析,试图为提升大学生心理健康教育质量寻找到适合的途径与方式。
