对32例直肠癌患者行直肠内超声检查，与术后病理组织学结果对照，对直肠癌肠壁浸润深度的判断准确率为81％。直肠内超声有助临床了解直肠癌浸润深度、与邻近脏器的关联及指导手术方式的选择。 Thirty-two patients with rectal cancer underwent transrectal ultrasonography. Compared with the postoperative histopathological findings, the accuracy of rectal cancer infiltration depth was 81%. Rectal ultrasound helps to understand the depth of invasion of the rectal cancer, its association with adjacent organs, and guides the choice of surgical methods.
