大学生是我国社会经济发展的重要储备人才,他们的健康成长直接关系到国家的振兴、民族的兴亡。在党和政府提倡“终身体育”理念的今天,大学生应当在自己的专业学习中通过体育学习与运动实践养成终身体育意识,以更好地满足自身成长与成才的需要。本文首先简明扼要地阐述了大学生终身体育意识培养的必要性,然后提出了大学生终身体育意识培养的基本策略与注意要点。
College students are an important reserve personnel for our social and economic development. Their healthy growth is directly related to the rejuvenation of the country and the rise and fall of the nation. Today, when the party and the government advocate the concept of “lifelong sports”, the undergraduates should cultivate lifelong physical education awareness in their professional learning through physical education and sports practice to better meet the needs of their own growth and success. This article first concisely expounds the necessity of cultivating college students ’lifelong physical education awareness, and then puts forward the basic strategies and points to be taken in cultivating college students’ lifelong physical education awareness.
