本文用[3H]TdR靶细胞释放法,观察了对羟基苯乙基-α-D-葡萄糖甙在体外对小鼠脾天然杀伤细胞(NK)活性的影响.结果表明,对羟基苯乙基-α-D-葡萄糖甙能提高正常鼠的脾NK杀伤活性,显著提高环磷酰胺给药后的NK杀伤活性,减轻由地塞米松引起的NK活性低下,协同白细胞介素-2明显增强鼠脾细胞的NK活性,而且剂量与作用呈正比.结果提示对羟基苯乙基-α-D-葡萄糖甙为中药女贞子中具有免疫活性的水溶性成分之一
In this paper, [3H] TdR target cell release method was used to observe the effect of p-hydroxyphenylethyl-α-D-glucoside on the activity of natural killer (NK) cells in spleen of mice. The results showed that p-hydroxyphenethyl-α-D-glucoside can improve the activity of splenic NK in normal mice, enhance the NK activity after cyclophosphamide administration, reduce the activity of dexamethasone-induced NK Interleukin-2 significantly enhances the NK activity of murine splenocytes, and the dose is proportional to the effect. The results suggest that p-hydroxyphenethyl-α-D-glucoside is one of the immunologically active water-soluble components of Ligustrum lucidum
