目的:探索农村卫生适宜技术及产品研究与应用的长效机制。方法:重点选择一批适合乡镇推广的安全、有效、成熟的医疗新技术,编写并出版规范化系列教材。通过举办集中培训和网络培训以及资料辅导相结合等方式,对山西省所有示范基地县及70多个非基地县的县级与乡村的医疗卫生人员进行技术指导、示范操作等应用教育,同时给示范基地县的乡镇卫生院赠送笔记本电脑使其能够快速、方便地与有关专家联系。结果:通过构建体系,建设制度,明确主体,分解任务,组织协同等多元化的培训途径及方法,多样化的培训形式和方式,提高了基层卫生人员对农村适宜技术推广的认知,调动发挥各个方面的积极性,注重推广成效,加强适宜技术信息工程等举措,初步建立了农村适宜技术推广的长效机制。结论:农村卫生适宜技术及产品研究与应用的长效机制是解决基层患者看病难、看病贵的有效途径,也是防治常见病和疑难病的实用方式。
Objective: To explore the long-term mechanism of research and application of appropriate technology and product in rural areas. Methods: Choose a batch of safe, effective and mature new medical technologies that are suitable for the promotion of villages and towns, and compile and publish standardized series of teaching materials. Through such trainings as centralized training and network training as well as the combination of information and counseling, technical education, demonstration and other application education are provided to all county and village medical and health personnel in all demonstration base counties and over 70 non-base counties in Shanxi Province, Demonstration base County township hospitals give laptops to enable them to quickly and easily contact the relevant experts. Results: Through diversified training channels and methods such as constructing system, constructing system, clarifying subjects, decomposing tasks, organizing and coordinating, and diversified forms and modes of training, the grassroots health workers’ awareness of appropriate technology popularization in rural areas was improved and mobilized All aspects of the initiative, pay attention to the promotion of effectiveness, strengthen appropriate technology and information engineering initiatives, the initial establishment of a suitable long-term mechanism for promoting rural technology. Conclusion: The long-term mechanism of suitable technology and product research and application in rural areas is an effective way to solve the problems of poor health care and expensive medical treatment of grassroots patients. It is also a practical way to prevent common diseases and difficult diseases.
