本文介绍用放射免疫法对15例天花粉中期引产前后的血浆游离雌三醇(E_3)进行测定,并测定8例正常产妇分娩前、胎盘排出后1、3、6、12小时及产后5天的血浆游离E_3,以观察其半衰期。另外,还测定了10例孕25周前孕妇羊水中以及6例正常分娩者脐血中的游离E_3,并与母血比较。综上结果:(1)正常分娩中,E_3半衰期短,产后下降速度远较HCG为快;但在天花粉作用下,于胎儿-胎盘排出前,E_3下降速度却远比HCG慢,当胎儿-胎盘排出后,E_3快速下降,从而推测胎儿-胎盘组织内贮有大量E_3,并提示HCG的分泌节律和机理可能与甾体类不同。(2)脐血中E_3值高干母血中E_3值10余倍,说明E_3系胎儿-腑盘单位产物,而雌二醇(E_3)则为胎盘-母体之产物。

(2) The value of E_3 in umbilical cord blood was 10 times higher than that of E_3, indicating that E_3 was a product of fetus-organ plate, whereas estradiol (E_3) was the product of placenta-maternal.
