目的:研究以羧甲基壳聚糖为载体的奥硝唑缓释膜(药膜,下同)的体外抑菌性及体内释放度。方法①.固体培养基体外抑菌法观察药膜对变形链球菌和具核梭杆菌的抑菌性。②.12只大鼠,钝性分离牙龈制备牙周袋模型,分别给予腹腔注射奥硝唑和牙周袋放置药膜,腹腔组于给药后0.5h,1h,2h,3h,4h,牙周袋组于24h,48h,5d取龈沟液测药物含量。结果:①.药膜对所测致病菌有良好的抑菌性。②.腹腔注射药物剂量是局部置药的140倍,而龈沟液药物浓度是局部置药的1%~5%。结论:药膜有良好的抑菌性,能在牙周袋内较长时间维持有效浓度,是一种既速效又能缓释的新剂型。
