一、概述曲拐传动机构在钻削布有密集孔组的零件中具有其独特的优点,因而得到了广泛的应用。然而在机构的制造过程中,如果装配链的问题解决得不好,至使装配应力过大,却易引起机构的自锁。对于这一问题,不得不引起极大的关注。图1为常见的曲拐传动机构简图。图中,件2和件11分别为主动轴箱体和从动轴箱体,后者经一面两销或外圆止口被定位在前者上。件4和件9分别为主拐销和从动拐销,各自的拐销轴线与另一端键孔主线
I. Overview The crank drive has a unique advantage in the drilling of parts with dense hole sets and is therefore widely used. However, in the manufacturing process of the organization, if the problem of the assembly chain is not well solved and the assembly stress is too large, it is easy to cause self-locking of the organization.
