1.气缸套穴蚀的一般情况我段在检修东风型机车的过程中,发现10E207J型柴油机气缸套有穴蚀现象。穴蚀面积为16~60mm~2,深度为1.5~6mm,形状有针眼状、锅底状和蜂窝状的。发生的部位多数是在喷油器孔座和示功阀孔座安装密封的平面上。 10E207J型柴油机气缸套穴蚀后能导致气缸套穿孔,使气缸内燃气与冷却水路相通,破坏冷却造成虚水位。穴蚀缸套常因无法修复而报废。近年来我们利用粘接技术对穴蚀气缸套进行了修复。 2.穴蚀缸套的修复近几年来,粘接技术发展很快,粘接材料
