目的:探讨长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,LncRNA)RP11-513G11.1在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法 :应用实时荧光定量PCR法检测92例胃癌组织、70例癌旁组织及22例正常胃组织中LncRNA RP11-513G11.1的表达,分析LncRNA RP11-513G11.1表达与胃癌患者临床病理特征及预后的关系。结果 :胃癌组织中LncRNA RP11-513G11.1的表达水平显著高于癌旁组织及正常胃组织(P值均<0.01)。LncRNA RP11-513G11.1表达与胃癌患者的TNM分期、淋巴结转移、远处转移、肿瘤分化及生存状态显著相关(P值均<0.01)。LncRNA RP11-513G11.1高表达的胃癌患者的总生存时间及无进展生存时间均短于低表达患者(P值均<0.01)。LncRNA RP11-513G11.1表达、远处转移及TNM分期是胃癌患者预后的独立影响因素(P值均<0.01)。结论 :胃癌组织中LncRNA RP11-513G11.1高表达,并且LncRNA RP11-513G11.1的表达是胃癌患者预后的独立影响因素。
Objective: To investigate the expression of long non-coding RNA (LncRNA) RP11-513G11.1 in gastric cancer and its clinical significance. Methods: The expression of LncRNA RP11-513G11.1 in 92 cases of gastric cancer, 70 cases of paracancerous tissues and 22 cases of normal gastric tissues was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. The clinicopathological features of LncRNA RP11-513G11.1 in gastric cancer were analyzed. Prognosis of the relationship. Results: The expression of LncRNA RP11-513G11.1 in gastric cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues and normal gastric tissues (all P <0.01). The expression of LncRNA RP11-513G11.1 was significantly associated with TNM stage, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis, tumor differentiation and survival in patients with gastric cancer (all P <0.01). The overall survival and progression-free survival of patients with LncRNA RP11-513G11.1 overexpression were shorter than those with low expression (all P <0.01). The expression of LncRNA RP11-513G11.1, distant metastasis and TNM stage were independent prognostic factors of gastric cancer (all P <0.01). Conclusion: The expression of LncRNA RP11-513G11.1 in gastric cancer tissues is high, and the expression of LncRNA RP11-513G11.1 is an independent prognostic factor for gastric cancer patients.
