研究了不同浓度含量Mg2+离子在5℃低温下对碳硫硅酸钙形成机理的影响,碳硫硅酸钙(Taumasite)是硫酸盐侵蚀的主要腐蚀产物。Taumasite的制备方法采用化学试剂直接合成,在此过程中引入不同浓度的Mg2+离子,放置合成样于5℃低温条件下,利用XRD、SEM、FTIR的分析方法,分别于3个月、6个月取样观察Taumasite生成量。结果表明:在5℃低温条件下,随着Mg2+离子浓度升高,生成Taumasite的量呈增大趋势。
The effects of different concentrations of Mg2 + ions on the formation mechanism of calcium carbon sulfosilicate at 5 ℃ were studied. Taumasite is the main corrosion product of sulfate attack. The preparation method of Taumasite was directly synthesized by chemical reagents. Different concentrations of Mg2 + ions were introduced during the process. The samples were placed under the low temperature of 5 ℃ and analyzed by XRD, SEM and FTIR at 3 months and 6 months respectively Samples were taken to observe Taumasite production. The results showed that the amount of Taumasite increased with the increase of Mg2 + concentration at low temperature of 5 ℃.
