1949年7月27日至8月15日召开的上海财经会议,是中财委成立后召开的第一个全国性财经会议。这次会议不仅谋划了解决当时棘手的财经困难的良策,也为即将执掌全国政权的中国共产党治理混乱的经济秩序、克服严重的财政困难、开始艰巨的国民经济恢复工作提供了重要的指导原则。陈云作为主要决策者和组织领导者,在这次会议中表现出领导经济工作的非凡智慧和胆略,为正确方针和政策的制定作出了重要贡献。
The Shanghai Financial Conference held from July 27 to August 15, 1949, was the first national conference held after the establishment of the Central Finance Commission. The meeting not only planned the good policy of resolving the troublesome financial difficulties at the time but also provided an important guiding principle for the Chinese Communist Party in charge of administering the entire power to govern the chaotic economic order, overcoming serious financial difficulties and starting a formidable restoration of the national economy. Chen Yun, as the chief decision-maker and leader of the organization, showed extraordinary wisdom and boldness in leading the economic work at this conference and made important contributions to the formulation of the correct guidelines and policies.
