扭转振动是动车组鼓形齿联轴器产品设计必须考虑的重要内容之一,根据动车组鼓形齿联轴器结构特点和运行工况,采用集中参数法建立鼓形齿联轴器扭振系统力学模型,并给出系统扭转振动微分方程。对扭振微分方程进行求解计算,得到系统固有频率和主振型。同时考虑内外齿啮合刚度时变特性,给出齿轮扭转刚度简化计算方法。最后,给出了动车组鼓形齿联轴器扭振分析算例。上述扭振分析计算方法将为动车组鼓形齿联轴器的振动控制和相关设计提供一定的参考依据。
Torsional vibration is one of the important contents that must be considered in the design of drum gear coupling of EMU. According to the structural characteristics and running conditions of drum gear coupling of EMU, the torsional vibration of drum gear coupling System mechanics model, and give the system torsional vibration differential equation. The torsional vibration differential equations are solved and the natural frequency and the main vibration mode of the system are obtained. At the same time, considering the time-varying characteristics of internal and external tooth meshing stiffness, a simplified calculation method of gear torsional stiffness is given. Finally, an example of the torsional vibration analysis of the drum gear coupling is given. The above-mentioned torsional vibration analysis and calculation method will provide certain reference for the vibration control and related design of the drum gear coupling of EMU.
