目的:研究槐角黄酮胶囊制剂成型工艺。方法:确定加入辅料最大量,选择适合的稀释剂、润滑剂、崩解剂以确定基本处方,考察堆密度和临界相对湿度(CRH),制备胶囊,检查其装量差异和崩解时限。结果:根据临床剂量和胶囊实际装量,加入适当的辅料可以使制成的药粉符合胶囊填装要求。结论:制剂符合胶囊剂质量要求。
Objective: To study the molding process of Huojiao flavonoid capsule preparation. Methods: Determine the maximum amount of excipients, select the appropriate diluents, lubricants, disintegrants to determine the basic prescription, study the bulk density and critical relative humidity (CRH), prepare capsules, check the differences in the amount of loading and disintegration time. Results: According to the clinical dose and the actual amount of capsules, adding appropriate excipients can make the finished powder meet the requirements for capsule filling. Conclusion: The formulation meets the capsule quality requirements.
