近年来,新疆伊犁州乡镇财政管理局积极开展乡镇财政业务培训,创新培训内容和方法,全面提升了州直县市乡镇财政干部队伍的整体素质。2010-2012年,州和县市财政部门共组织乡镇财政干部培训班92期,培训5127人次。其中:州级培训班6期,培训356人次;县市级培训班86期,培训4771人次。一、“以会代训”提升理论素养。根据《伊犁州直2010-2012年乡镇财政干部学习培训计划》要求,州乡镇财政管理局分年度制定了切合实际的乡镇财政干部培训计划,从总体目标、基本原则、组织实施、工作要求等方面作出安排部署,将注重实效放在第一位,合理安排培
