在大豆不同生育期色素含量与组份比分析的基础上,研究了大豆色素分子之间的相互作用。通过叶绿素a、b吸收光谱、发射光谱、激发光谱以及选择激发的发光光谱,证明了叶绿素a、b之间存在着共振能量传递。利用位形座标模型讨论了黑农26大豆体内天线叶绿素b向叶绿素a传递能量的途径。并指出在大豆光合作用中,共振传递是极为重要的能量传递方式。
Based on the analysis of pigment content and component ratio in different growth stages of soybean, the interaction between soybean pigment molecules was studied. Through the absorption spectra of chlorophyll a, b, the emission spectra, the excitation spectra and the selective excitation emission spectra, it is proved that there is resonance energy transfer between chlorophyll a, b. We discussed the pathway of chlorophyll a transferring to chlorophyll a in Heinong 26 soybean by using the coordinate model. It is pointed out that in the photosynthesis of soybean, the transmission of resonance is an extremely important energy transfer method.
