目的观察早期康复护理对胫骨平台骨折手术患者康复效果的影响。方法选取我院收治的胫骨平台骨折患者78例作为研究对象,随机将其分为两组,各39例。对照组采取临床常规护理,观察组则实施早期康复护理。观察两组术后康复效果。结果观察组完全负重时间、骨折愈合时间、住院时间少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后膝关节功能康复优良率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理利于改善胫骨平台骨折手术患者膝关节功能,缩短骨折愈合时间,提升患者康复质量。
Objective To observe the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on rehabilitation of patients with tibial plateau fracture. Methods Totally 78 patients with tibial plateau fractures treated in our hospital were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into two groups (n = 39 in each group). Control group to take clinical routine care, the observation group is the implementation of early rehabilitation care. Two groups were observed postoperative rehabilitation effect. Results The complete weight-bearing time, healing time and hospital stay of the observation group were less than those of the control group (P <0.05). The excellent and good rate of postoperative functional recovery of knee joint in the observation group was better than that of the control group P <0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing is helpful to improve knee joint function in patients with tibial plateau fractures, shorten the healing time of fractures and improve the rehabilitation quality of patients.
