目的:了解家兔输精管激光凝堵术(光凝术)的效果及可复性。方法:应用Nd:YAG激光器,经套管针穿刺家兔输精管,导入激光光纤照射凝堵试验,确定了有效激光凝堵阈值,对光凝术后60只家兔的凝堵效果进行了一年的动态观察,并对输精管凝堵段结节作了穿刺再通试验。结果:家兔精子消失率100%,穿刺再通率72.7%。结论:高功率激光亦可用于光凝术,达到光凝效果的阈损伤值为40W/1s,输精管病理阈损伤为中环肌层。本文提示光凝术较传统结扎术简单、创伤小、并发症少、可复性强。
Objective: To understand the effect and refolding of rabbit vas deferens laser coagulation (photocoagulation). Methods: Nd: YAG laser was used to puncture the rabbit vas deferens through a trocar. Laser coagulation was introduced into the vasectomy to determine the effective laser coagulation threshold. The clotting and blocking effects of 60 rabbits after photocoagulation were evaluated for one year Of the dynamic observation, and vasectomy coagulation block nodules were puncture and then pass the test. Results: The rate of disappearance of sperm in rabbits was 100% and the recanalization rate was 72.7%. Conclusion: The high-power laser can also be used for photocoagulation, the threshold damage value for photocoagulation is 40W / 1s, and the threshold lesion for vas deferens pathology is the middle muscular layer. This paper suggests that photocoagulation than traditional ligation is simple, less trauma, fewer complications, and can be renovated.
