目的 观察 Bcl- 2 ,p5 3蛋白在浸润前系列乳腺病变(包括正常乳腺组织、导管增生、不典型导管增生、小叶增生、导管原位癌 )组织中的表达 .方法 采用免疫组化方法检测15例正常乳腺组织、18例导管增生、10例不典型导管增生(atypical ductal hyperplasia,ADH)、10例小叶增生 ,45例导管原位癌 (ductal carcinoma in situ,DCIS)的 Bcl- 2和 p5 3蛋白的表达 .结果 Bcl- 2蛋白在正常乳腺组织、导管增生、ADH、小叶增生组织中均阳性 ,而 p5 3蛋白染色阴性 .DCIS病例中 ,Bcl- 2蛋白表达阳性 34例 (76 % ) ,而 p5 3蛋白阳性 11例(2 4% ) .Bcl- 2蛋白表达与 DCIS组织学分级密切相关 (P<0 .0 1) ,6 7% DICS病例表现为 Bcl- 2 + / p5 3-表达表型 ,还有33%不同于正常的表型 (包括所有 Bcl- 2 - / p5 3+表型 )多代表差分化病例 .结论 Bcl- 2蛋白在正常乳腺组织、导管增生、ADH、小叶增生组织中均有表达且高于乳腺 DCIS.大部分DCIS病例表现为 Bcl- 2 + / p5 3-表型 ,与正常乳腺上皮、良性增生病变一致
Objective To observe the expression of Bcl-2 and p53 proteins in the pre-infiltration series of breast lesions (including normal breast tissue, ductal hyperplasia, atypical ductal hyperplasia, lobular hyperplasia, ductal carcinoma in situ). Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect 15 Cases of normal breast tissue, 18 cases of ductal hyperplasia, 10 cases of atypical ductal hyperplasia (ADH), 10 cases of lobular hyperplasia, and 45 cases of ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) Bcl-2 and p53 Protein expression. Results Bcl-2 protein was positive in normal breast tissue, ductal hyperplasia, ADH, and lobular hyperplasia, whereas p53 protein was negative. In DCIS cases, Bcl-2 protein was positive in 34 cases (76%). The p53 protein was positive in 11 cases (24%). The expression of Bcl-2 protein was closely related to the histological grade of DCIS (P < 0.01), and 67% of DICS cases were expressed as Bcl-2 + / p53-expressing. The phenotype, 33% is different from the normal phenotype (including all Bcl-2 -/p5 3+ phenotypes) are more than differential cases. Conclusion Bcl-2 protein in normal breast tissue, ductal hyperplasia, ADH, lobular hyperplasia Expression in tissues is higher than that of breast DCIS. DCIS cases showed Bcl- 2 + / p5 3- phenotype, normal breast epithelium, consistent with benign lesions
