对职业教育吸引力的构成因素进行分析,会发现职业教育吸引力由职业教育自身吸引力和预期职业岗位吸引力构成,而职业岗位吸引力是其中的决定因素。在评价职业教育吸引力时,客观的量化标准会避免人们感受的主观性,同一年级失学人数与职业院校录取人数之比以及预期职业岗位收入是很重要的两个量化指标,用这样的指标对职业教育吸引力进行分析发现,过去10年我国职业教育吸引力确有提升,其中中职吸引力相对提升明显,高职吸引力相对提升不明显,政府及相关利益方在提升职业教育吸引力方面仍有作为,但职业岗位吸引力会较多受制于市场的调节。
