本文主要以系统动力学理论为支撑,通过分析影响各个子系统的相关因素,建立起学科教学(地理)专业硕士培养的因果反馈回路,理顺地理专业硕士人才培养因素之间的相互关系。以求为学科教学(地理)专业硕士的培养提供参考建议。
This dissertation is mainly supported by the theory of system dynamics. By analyzing the relevant factors that influence the various subsystems, a causal feedback loop is established to cultivate a master’s degree in Discipline Teaching (Geography) and to straighten out the relationship between the cultivation of geography-specific Master’s talents. In order to provide a reference for the cultivation of master’s disciplines (Geography).
