本研究针对沥青油毡作拱仓屋面防水层及仓房墙壁、地坪防潮层存在的渗漏、污染、强度低等问题,用补偿收缩混凝土代替沥青油毡作防水、防潮层的防水、防潮及储粮效果进行了生产性试验。试验表明:防水防潮效果优于沥青油毡。而且,仓温、粮温比对照仓明显降低;墙壁及地坪的抗压强度可提高至214kg/cm~2以上;费用明显降低,屋面处理比沥青油毡作屋面防水层降低费用13%左右,比采用挂瓦改造节约费用58.5~76.4%;墙壁处理比沥青油毡砂灰墙壁减少费用70%;地坪处理比沥青油毡加干砖地坪节约费用23%,并可避免3.4—苯并蓖对储粮的污染。
