武器装备科研生产项目自主知识产权的拥有量,反映军工科研生产单位的自主创新能力和可持续发展能力。加强知识产权管理,使项目科研成果及时形成产权并获得法律保护,更好地为国防科技工业建设服务,显得尤为重要和迫切。本文综述军工项目知识产权管理的特征、内容和相关建议。
The ownership of independent intellectual property rights in the research and production projects of weapons and equipment reflects the capability of independent innovation and sustainable development of military scientific research and production units. It is especially important and urgent to step up management of intellectual property rights so that project achievements in science and technology can be timely protected by law and protected by law, and better serve the construction of the national defense science and technology industry. This article summarizes the characteristics, contents and related suggestions of the intellectual property management of military projects.
