给实验组大鼠第三脑室内注入微量亮氨酸-脑啡肽抗血清,与对照组大鼠脑室注射正常兔血清比较,初步证明脑内源性亮氨酸-脑啡肽不影响ACTH和催乳素的静息分泌,但兴奋限制性应激引起的上述激素平行释放。提示脑内δ阿片受体的激活,可能是ACTH和催乳素相伴释放的共同作用途径中的一个重要环节。
Compared with normal rabbits, the leucine-enkephalin antiserum was injected into the third ventricle of rats in experimental group, which proves that endogenous leucine-enkephalin does not affect ACTH and Resting secretion of prolactin, but excited excitatory stress-induced parallel release of the above hormones. Suggesting that activation of δ opioid receptors in the brain may be an important part of the common pathway of ACTH and prolactin release.
