为探讨中西医结合治疗感音神经性聋的方法和治疗效果，提高患者听力。我们对５８例经听性脑干反应（ＡＢＲ）等多方面检查确诊为感音神经性聋的患儿采用中药、血管扩张药、神经营养药及吸氧等综合治疗，总有效率为６７．２％，治愈率６．９％，显效率１３．８％，有效率４６．６％，无效率３２．８％。热性病、传染病和耳毒药物是致聋的主要原因。治疗效果与病程有关，病程在１年内者有效率可达８７．０％，４年以上者有效率为３３．３％，差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）。因此，不论何种原因所致的后天性聋，应重视早期治疗，重在预防。
To explore the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of sensorineural hearing loss method and treatment, improve patient hearing. In our study, 58 children diagnosed as sensorineural deafness by auditory brainstem response (ABR) and others were treated with traditional Chinese medicine, vasodilator, neurotrophic drug and oxygen therapy. The total effective rate was 67. 2%, the cure rate was 6.9%, the effective rate was 13.8%, the effective rate was 46.6% and the inefficiency rate was 32.8%. Thermal diseases, infectious diseases and ototoxic drugs are the main causes of deafness. The therapeutic effect was related to the course of the disease. The effective rate was 87.0% within 1 year and 33.3% after 4 years. The difference was significant (P <0.05). Therefore, whatever the cause of acquired deafness, attention should be paid to early treatment, focusing on prevention.
