道路铣刨机的铣削深度控制采用闭环控制技术可保证铣削道路的平整,提高道路维修的质量,降低维修成本.应用机电液系统的传感技术,基于预设的作业基准,控制系统采用PID控制器,可实时控制铣削道路的厚度.传感器和数字模型对于分析转子和路面作用以及研究提高铣刨机生产率的途径具有十分明显的优点,采用自动控制系统可大大提高转子铣削生产率.文中叙述了道路铣刨机深度控制系统的组成及工作原理,建立了道路铣刨机的铣削滚筒工作的数学模型,提出了道路铣刨机深度控制系统的控制方法.
