本研究利用表型性状探讨了浙江省沿海地区16份豌豆地方品种资源的遗传多样性。结果表明:26个数量性状的变异系数在2.72%~100.25%之间,24个质量性状Shannon-wiener遗传多样性指数在0~1.39之间;表型性状聚类分析表明,16份资源分为4类,类的划分与出苗快慢、初花节位、鲜荚长、单株分枝数、单株产量等性状相关,而与地域来源无关;经计算资源间的欧氏距离较近,证明供试资源间性状差异较小。本研究结果为今后浙江省豌豆资源的保存与利用提供重要依据。“,”The genetic diversity of 16 pea landraces collected in coastal area of Zhejiang province based on phenotypic traits were studied. The results showed that the variation coefficient of the 26 quantitative traits is between 2.72% and 100.25%, and the Shannon-wiener genetic diversity coefficient of the 24 qualitative traits is between 0 and 1.39. The cluster analysis of phenotypic traits showed that 16 germplasms are divided into 4 categories, correlating with emergence rate, first flowering node, fresh pod length, number of branches per plant, yield per plant and other traits, but has nothing to do with the geographical origin. The Euclidean distance among germplsams resources is short, implying the less genetic diversity among the tested materials. The results of this study might provide an important basis for conservation and utilization of pea resources in Zhejiang Province in the future.
