目的 :探讨枳实消痞颗粒剂对糖尿病大鼠胃肠激素的影响。方法 :选择雄性SD大鼠 6 0只 ,用四氧嘧啶建立糖尿病模型 ,用枳实消痞颗粒剂每天灌服治疗组大鼠 ,连续 4周 ,实验结束取血浆测定各鼠胃泌素 (GAS)、胃动素 (MOT)、胰高糖素及P物质 (SP)。结果 :糖尿病组大鼠GAS和MOT水平低下 ,与正常组比较均P <0 .0 5 ;胰高糖素水平增高 ,与正常组比较均P <0 .0 5 ;SP在各组中表达差异无统计学意义 ;枳实消痞颗粒剂能提高MOT水平 ,与模型组比较 P<0 .0 5。结论 :糖尿病大鼠GAS、MOT水平低下 ,胰高糖素水平增高 ;枳实消痞颗粒剂能提高糖尿病大鼠的MOT水平。
Objective : To investigate the effect of Zhishixiaotan granules on gastrointestinal hormones in diabetic rats. METHODS: Sixty male Sprague-Dawley rats were selected and diabetic models were established with alloxan. Rats in the treatment group were given daily with Zhishixiaoyu granules for 4 consecutive weeks. Plasma concentrations were measured at the end of the experiment to determine gastrin (GAS) in each rat. ), motilin (MOT), glucagon, and substance P (SP). RESULTS: GAS and MOT levels were lower in diabetic rats, and P<0.05 compared with normal rats; the level of glucagon was increased, and P<0.05 compared with the normal group; the expression of SP was different in each group. No statistical significance; Fushi Xiaotan granules can increase the MOT level, compared with the model group P<0.05. Conclusion :The level of GAS and MOT in diabetic rats is low and the level of glucagon is increased. The Zhishixiaotan granules can increase the level of MOT in diabetic rats.
