采用溶胶凝胶法,以钛酸丁酯、聚乙二醇、乙酰丙酮、三乙醇胺等为实验原料,利用自制的浸渍提拉装置在铝合金基底上制备TiO2薄膜。使用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征TiO2薄膜的结构和形貌,以甲基橙溶液的光催化降解为反应模型,评价了TiO2薄膜的光催化活性。结果表明,采用三乙醇胺和乙酰丙酮制备的TiO2薄膜均为锐钛矿相;较三乙醇胺相比,乙酰丙酮做水解抑制剂制备的TiO2薄膜形貌平整,表面龟裂少,结构致密,样品的光催化效果好。
Sol - gel method was used to prepare TiO2 thin films on aluminum alloy substrate by using self - made impregnation and pulling device with TiB4O4, PEG, acetylacetone and triethanolamine as raw materials. The structure and morphology of TiO2 films were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The photocatalytic degradation of TiO2 films was evaluated by the photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange solution. The results show that TiO2 films prepared with triethanolamine and acetylacetone are anatase phase. Compared with triethanolamine, TiO2 films prepared by hydrolysis with acetylacetone are smooth, less surface cracks and compact structure. Photocatalytic effect is good.
